Products manufactured to order
Most items are created only after an order is placed, in order to avoid overstocking and guarantee consistent quality.
Exception: Kunaki vinyl records can be reshipped from limited stock.
Production times vary depending on the type of product and the printing site.
Production lead times

Textiles & posters (Printful): 3 to 7 working days before dispatch

CDs & vinyl records (Kunaki): 5 to 10 working days before dispatch
These delivery times do not include transport.
Estimated delivery times

France/Europe: 5 to 10 working days

North America: 7 to 14 working days

Rest of the world: 10 to 20 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, location and any customs checks.
Carriers
Printful and Kunaki ship from the nearest available logistics centre. Deliveries are handled by reliable partners (La Poste, DHL, FedEx, USPS or equivalents). A tracking number is provided when available.
Delivery charges
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:

the destination,

the type of product,

the weight of the parcel.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels, at no additional cost.
Returns & address issues
All products are made to order: no returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or misprinted products.
In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer shall be responsible for the costs of reshipment.
