Terms and conditions of sale – Cheapsmusic Store

1. Information about the seller

The Cheapsmusic Store is operated by Cheapsmusic, an independent organisation dedicated to musical and artistic projects.

Products are manufactured and shipped on demand via our partners:
– Printful (textiles, posters)
– Kunaki (CDs, vinyl records)

2. Products

Each item is described as accurately as possible. Colours and details may vary slightly depending on screens and printing processes.

All products are made to order: no stock is kept in advance (with limited exceptions for certain vinyl records).

3. Orders

Placing an order on the Cheapsmusic Store implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions. The order confirmation constitutes proof of purchase. Payment is due at the time of checkout.

4. Price

Prices are quoted in euros, including VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via trusted providers integrated with Shopify. The Cheapsmusic Store does not store any bank details or card information.

6. Production & Delivery

Items are manufactured on demand and shipped by our partners:

  • Printful: textiles and posters

  • Kunaki: CDs and vinyl records

Estimated timeframes:

  • Production: 3 to 10 working days

  • Delivery: 5 to 20 working days depending on destination

Delivery times may vary depending on the period, volume or logistical constraints.

7. Returns & right of withdrawal

Given that items are made to order, no returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of defective or misprinted items.

Complaints must be sent to store@cheapsmusic.com within 14 days of receipt.

If the defect is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be offered.

8. Liability

Cheapsmusic Store cannot be held responsible for:
– transport delays,
– damage occurring during transport,
– errors or omissions in the address provided by the customer.

9. Personal data

Customer data is used solely for order processing and is never sold or shared.

In accordance with the GDPR, each customer may request access to, rectification or deletion of their data via: store@cheapsmusic.com

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings.
